How to choose lithium battery?

A recent poll in Britain found that public support for sanctions against Russia is falling as fuel and prices rise.

The proportion of people willing to accept higher fuel prices as a result of western sanctions against Russia fell 14 percentage points to 36% from 50% in March, according to a survey conducted for the Telegraph by consultancy Redfield & Wilton Strategies.

Global energy and fuel prices have soared since the start of the year and remain high because of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and uncertainty over Russian supplies.

The survey also found that 54% of people believe their own financial situation has worsened in the past year, up 12 percentage points from 42% two months ago. Sixty-two percent think things will get worse in the year ahead. Less than a third of respondents said they had received a pay rise to keep up with inflation, with two-thirds of those saying it was not enough to keep up with rising living costs.

The figures suggest that public concern about the conflict with Ukraine is now likely to be overtaken by financial worries.

Separately, the UK's consumer price index rose 7 percent this month from a year earlier, the highest since March 1992, according to figures released recently by the Office for National Statistics. In addition, a separate report released a few days ago by the Centre for Economics and Business Research said that real household disposable income in the UK will fall by 3% in 2022, equivalent to a loss of £2,320 per household, which would lead to the biggest drop in living standards since the 1950s. That is mainly because wages aren't keeping up with rising energy and fuel costs.

The prices of other commodities like the lithium battery are also expected to be influenced.

Lithium-ion batteries are divided into liquid lithium-ion batteries and polymer lithium-ion batteries. The electrolyte of lithium-ion batteries is fluid, so they are more unstable than lithium-polymer batteries, and they may explode if they are beaten by external forces or use substandard chargers. Many portable electronic products such as mobile phones and laptops use lithium batteries. In other words, many people have a "bomb" by their side. You must pay attention to the following points for safety reasons when purchasing.

1. Is there a clear indication of the capacity? Batteries that do not have a marked capacity (e.g. 1000mAh or 1000mAh) are likely to be of poor quality or recycled. Many cheap batteries on the market are made of recycled battery cores. Although the price is low, the lifespan is short, and the quality is unstable. Careless use may damage the phone.

2. There is no guaranteed standby time. Standby time refers to the continuous use time after the battery is installed in the mobile phone to the subsequent charging. Generally, the batteries sold on the market cannot guarantee the standby time for customers. This is because the quality of the batteries is unstable. Many cheap batteries use poor quality battery cores, so the standby time is short.

3. Whether to install a safety protection circuit board. Without a protective circuit board, the lithium battery is at risk of deformation, leakage and explosion. Under the vicious price-cutting competition, various companies seek lower-priced protection circuit boards or omit this device, making the market full of lithium batteries with a danger of explosion. Consumers cannot tell whether there is a protective circuit board from the appearance, so it is best to choose a reputable merchant to buy.

On January 19, 2022, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will guide relevant units to speed up the formulation of lithium battery coding standards.

Lithium primary battery

manganese dioxide

With metal lithium as the negative electrode and heat-treated manganese dioxide as the positive electrode, the separator is made of PP or PE film. The cylindrical battery is the same as the lithium ion battery separator. The electrolyte is an organic solution of lithium perchlorate, cylindrical or a button type. . The battery needs to be produced in a dry environment with a humidity of ≤1%.

Features: low self-discharge rate, annual self-discharge can be ≤ 1%, fully sealed (metal welding, laser seal) battery can meet ten years of life, the semi-sealed battery is generally five years, if the work control is not reasonable, it can not reach this life. Yiwei, which has done an excellent job developing cylindrical lithium-manganese batteries, has realized automatic production. The battery can be tested for short-circuit and over-discharge without explosion.

Generally, there is a button-type lithium battery on the motherboard of a desktop computer, which provides a weak current and can be used generally for about three years. Some hotels also use lithium-manganese dioxide batteries for access control cards, instruments, etc., which are used year by year decline.

Thionyl chloride

With metal lithium as the negative electrode, the positive electrode and the electrolyte are thionyl chloride (thionyl chloride), the cylindrical battery has electricity after assembly, and the voltage is 3.6V. quality) battery with the highest capacity. It is suitable for electronic instruments and equipment that cannot be maintained frequently and provides good current.

Other lithium batteries include lithium-ferrous sulfide batteries, lithium-sulfur oxide batteries, etc.

Important discoveries have been made in the study of anticancer drugs inhibiting the growth of gastric cancer cells in my country. According to "Science and Technology Daily", a research report provided by Ai Jun and others from the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University showed that seven anticancer drugs including cisplatin had obvious inhibitory effects on gastric cancer cells (BGC-823) in vitro. However, there are certain differences, and it is ideal to use a medium concentration for 48 hours.
The nano-gold provided by our company can be used in various medical technologies such as flow cytometry, immunochromatography, etc. Nano-silver has strong inhibition and Killing effects without developing drug resistance. We also provide lithium battery. For more information on lithium battery, please consult us.
