The melting temperature of water is approximately 1260-1340

Properties: All temperatures are suitable for good properties, from 253 to 700. The yield strength of superalloys deformed is lower than that of 650. They are resistant to corrosion, radiation, fatigue.

Requirements for performance and process

1. Because Inconel718 has a high Niobium level, the Gold Treatment plays a key role in niobium segregation.

2. For the sake of avoiding excessive element separation, ingots made from steel must be no larger than 508mm

3. Excellent thermal performance is achieved by homogenized alloys. At 1120 Celsius, heat the ingot of steel.

4. This directly correlates to the grain’s average size.

5. You can weld the alloy by spot welding (or electron beam) welding, seam weaving, spot, or using other methods.

6. Materials' properties will vary depending on what alloy is used and the age of the material. The desired mechanical properties can be achieved by long-term, low-diffusion Inconel718 aging.
